He is also an affiliated scholar at the University of Georgia's Latin American and Caribbean Studies Institute. Additionally, he taught American politics at Indiana University Southeast for 15 years as an adjunct lecturer. Dr. Dotts is also a contributing writer and editorial board member of the Journal of Philosophy and History of Education.
