Jan Widacki LLD, born 1948, is professor of criminology and criminal justice, Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University. He is former v-minister of Internal Affairs (1990-1992), former ambassador to Lithuania 1992-1996), now: member of the Polish Parlament.
