Subject: To Bush
We, the People, are the deciders.

Subject: "Our" president taking sides
Picture this: You're a citizen of a country whose president tours the country, gathering only like-minded individuals around him and screams out words to the effect that "Democrats are the WRONG choice and WE're going to keep control, WE're going to protect you, and THEY must be defeated."
BUZZFLASH MAILBAG (Part 2)
NOTE: Part 1 of the November 6 Mailbag is here.
There are 435 House races, 33 Senate races, and a slew for Governor tomorrow. The Democrats need to pick up 15 House seats and 6 Senate seats from the republicans to win back both Houses of Congress and begin to re-establish the legislative branch as an equal branch the of Our government.

Subject: Presidential Urine Test?
Now that a close associate of the President has admitted to drug trafficking, I think the public should demand that President Bush take a general urine drug test and that the results immediately be made public. We must recognize at least some possibility that Pastor Haggard was transferring the drugs he claimed he didn't take to others, Bush possibly among them.
Subject: drug rehab for haggard before tues? cnn reports he ONLY spoke with w h staffers
that'll work for bush. put haggard in rehab before tues with no admission of gay sex. and have the media report, like cnn just did just now, that haggard only spoke with white house staffers not bush. protect bush at this point at all costs. pricks.
Subject: Bush has now killed more Americans than has Osama bin Laden

Let's saturate the media in the next six days.
Subject: Bush/Kerry Dust Up
First, with regard to "our" president campaigning around the country on behalf of Republicans, let me say that in all of my 61 years, I have never heard a president spew such vitriolic, partisan rhetoric. From a president of this great country, this is absolutely contemptible.
Second, this attack on John Kerry is ridiculous. What is it with this administration and sliming veterans?
The press is pathetic. After one or two questions, they give Cheney a pass on his waterboarding remarks. Over. Done. Tony Snow said the vice president was not referring to waterboarding when he said a dunk in the water was a no-brainer to him. Tony Snow said it was ridiculous to think the vice president would be caught saying that he condoned waterboarding. We do not torture. Done. End of story. Right.
But the press is only too happy to do the administration's bidding and make a big deal out of Kerry's remarks, which, I am told, should have been seen or heard with his preceding remarks in order to understand the context.
Kerry had it right. To paraphrase, "If you think a veteran would criticize the troops, you're crazy." He's right. They are crazy. And when veterans don't jump to defend one of their own, it confirms that it is partisan politics that has a stranglehold on our democracy - the constitution, morals, values, the vigorous defense of right over wrong, all be damned.
Subject: Kerry's comments
While I do think John Kerry speaks with his foot in his mouth, the president usually has both feet in his mouth and we hardly hear any media backlash.
For the wingers to scream what an insult it is to the soldiers for Kerry's remarks, I never heard a peep out of any of them when they insulted and demeaned every person that has ever served in the military with their despicable display of the bandage with the purple heart they seemed so proud to show off at the Republican convention.
Subject: Rush Limbaugh
So Rush Hudson Limbaugh the third has decided to comment on Michael J.Fox after Mr. Fox made a T. V. spot for a democratic candidate. Fox made the endorsement because the the candidate supports using stem cells in research and face it, like it or not, the stem cells would be thrown out (or killed if you please) if they weren't used, so why not put them to a good use and try to help some people who are suffering?
Subject: "It's The War, Stupid"
Hi BuzzFlash Readers,
Ok DNC and all you Democratic Voters; notice how everybody is talking 24/7 on television about everything except - - - IRAQ?
That's exactly what the RNC is trying to make us do because they do not want to talk about the war.
Instead we are talking about Michael Fox, Rush LimBORE, 700 mile UNfunded wall for a 2000+ mile border, etc, etc, etc.
