Then, Bill Moyers speaks with single-payer advocate Marcia Angell on why she thinks the debate over reform needs a fresh look at the economics and delivery of the care promised in the bill. Wendell Potter, a former executive at CIGNA, is a senior fellow at the Center for Media and Democracy. Marcia Angell, the first woman to serve as editor in chief of the New England Journal of Medicine, is a senior lecturer in the department of social medicine at Harvard Medical School.
